This is an online, direct to consumer business. I purchased two pairs of shoes and two belts with the intention of keeping on set and returning the other. Boy, was this a bad idea.
Thursday Boots website does not accept returns on their products other than their shoes. If you’d like to return an accessory, you can’t initiate a return from their site. You must mail it in and pay postage yourself. This enables Thursday to pretend like they never received your item, despite providing tracking information and proving to them that it was received by their own team at their own dock. You’ll spend weeks tracking it down and asking them to refund your money. Beware.

This was my first serious boot buy. A-/B+
The build on the boots (President, plain toe brown) is superb. I've put in 5 months of hard city walking and although I've worn down heel taps, and nicked a toe, they look mostly unchanged. Leather lustrous with little maintenance. They are well-designed, gorgeous, and rugged.
Size: I wear a 10 in everything. I took the advice to buy half a size down and it really cramped my toes. I wear thinner socks, the leather does stretch, I used a mechanical stretcher for a night, etc. It's getting better. But the last of the boot narrows over the ball of the foot. My toes stretch out. That's not Thursday Boot's fault. But ow.
Heel: that part of the sizing seems to have worked. In part because of the short-sizing, and the very nice leather lining, this is about the snuggest fit I've ever had. (I have broad toes, high instep, narrow heels. Just not the usual.)
So fit is idiosyncratic. My general rating...
Craftsmanship. High. Real quality and heft in all components, durability, and attention to detail. These are solid boots.
Grippiness. The rubber soles have so far been very stable.
Value. For $200, a great value and a good teacher.

I love these boots. They're not cheap, but they're very stylish, durable, and comfortable. I've got two pairs and would happily buy more.

Purchased Arizona Adobe Captains and had them delivered to Ireland. I used the online sizing guide to convert from US to UK sizes and went for a 9 standard width. When I first wore them they did seem tight but having looked at other reviews I thought they would soften during breaking in. Unfortunately, they have not softened and stretched as much as I hoped and in hindsight I wish I had returned them immediately and exchanged for a 9 ½ wide. After wearing them to work around 15 times I noticed what looked like the heel starting to come away and some of the stitching fraying on the side of the boot. I forwarded photographs to Thursday and was told to expect a reply from the product team in 24-48 hours. After hearing nothing for 9 days I emailed again. I received a reply within a few hours telling me to trim or burn the stitching myself and ‘to use shoe polish to re seal the welt on the heel’ or take them to a local cobbler. I was further advised that the boots were water resistant but not waterproof and that they could be damaged by being worn in water or weather. This is not something which I find unacceptable having only owned the boots for just over a month. During my ownership they have only been worn to work and despite having to walk across the occasional wet car park, they have not been exposed to severe weather or water. I would take the marketing pictures of them being worn on rugged hillsides, stepping over logs and onto mossy rocks with a pinch of salt. If they cannot handle a wet car park they certainly won’t be suitable for hill walking. There can be no doubt that these are a great looking boot. I had high hopes and was looking at other designs and colours before the first pair even arrived. While it may be an isolated incident with this pair the standard of the boot and the customer support offered would put me off purchasing again. I don’t feel the $200 price point offers either value or quality. If $200 dollars seems expensive to you just save yourself $100 dollars and but a cheaper pair of boots. You will not notice a $100 difference in the quality. If buying a pair of boots at this price point doesn’t concern you then go that little bit further and buy a proper proven quality pair of boots instead. It would appear that Thursday probably direct more resources toward a slick social media marketing campaign than production quality or customer care. Disappointed.

Fantastic boots! Great customer experience. Ordered 2 sizes to see which one was better, returned the one that didn't through happy returns and it was a very smooth experience. The boots I kept are awesome. I might even by a second pair in a different color :) Keep it up!

They are the most beautiful boots i have ever had DHL took them around the world a couple of times so delivery was slow. About to buy another pair.

Great boots! Shipping took a week. These are my first pair from Thursday and I love them! They look a great, smell amazing and look sharp! My boyfriend loves them on me too ☺️❤️ I can’t wait to break these bad boys in more. I got the captains they are so comfy! So happy with my purchase
